Greg Moritz D.D.S.

Dr. Moritz grew up in Billings, Mt.  After high school he enlisted in the US Navy where he served on the USS Abraham Lincoln during the first Gulf War.  After being honorably discharged, he took advantage of the GI bill and enrolled at UNLV where he studied European history.  He received his DDS from Creighton University in 2003. 

Glad to return to Las Vegas, he and his wife, Mindy, purchased Alpha Dental in May of 2005.  Dr. Moritz is committed to excellence in the practice of dentistry and completes at least 30 hours of advanced continuing education per year.  Most of this is in the field of dental implantology and myofacial pain.  He is a member of the ADA, Southern Nevada Dental Society, Nevada Dental Association, and the International Congress of Oral Implantology.  He enjoys golf, fishing, hiking and keeping saltwater tropical fish. 

Mindy Caldwell R.D.H.

Mindy was raised here in Las Vegas and graduated from Bishop Gorman High school.  She and Dr. Moritz got married in 1998 and moved to Omaha for dental school the following year.  While her husband was attending Creighton University, she enrolled in the dental hygiene program at Iowa Western Community College where she graduated with honors.  Mindy has 10 years of experience with dental office administration.  She now practices hygiene as well as manages the office.  She is passionate about animals and spends much of her free time caring for her critters. In addition to two dogs and a cat, she has 6 ferrets and a horse.  She hopes to someday establish a ferret rescue center.
